I'm having a hard time with my internet connection so I'm just going to post my overall stats through 50 days. So far I've ran 1,143.62 miles in 203 hours 08 minutes and 41 seconds for a 10:39 min/mile pace. For someone who trained in the 7-8 min/per mile pace it is very frustrating going that slow but there are more than a few factors slowing me down. A lot of the trails I've been on have been difficult to walk on, let alone run. Also, there's crossing busy streets, running through a few injuries and constantly checking my GPS device and written directions so I don't get lost. This is a very different kind of running than I'm used to but I am slowly adjusting.
